Overview
Luup runs LUUP, a shared micromobility service of electric kickboards and e-bikes rented from ports placed around Japanese cities. Riders pay per use or with passes in the app, and the network had passed 15,500 ports and 5 million app downloads by late 2025. In November 2025 it also announced Unimo, a new vehicle. Its 2025 round of ¥4.4B in equity and debt took the company-stated cumulative total to about ¥21.4B.
